Gustav Piekut awarded Gladsaxe Musikpris

Gustav Piekut has been awarded Gladsaxe Musikpris 2021 at a concert with Copenhagen Phil and Maestro Toshiyuki Kamioka, where they performed Beethoven’s 5th Piano Concerto, the ‘Emperor’. Gladsaxe Musikpris consists of a scholarship of DKK 50.000 and has been awarded to some of the most important Danish classical musicians since 1966. VIolinist (and chamber music partner!) Anna Egholm was awarded the 2020 Prize at the same concert, performing Beethoven’s Violin Concerto. See the list of all previous winners here: GLADSAXE.DK
